Bobby Bryant (May 19, 1934 – June 10, 1998) was an American jazz trumpeter and flugelhornist. Bryant was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and played saxophone in his youth. He moved to Chicago in 1952, where he studied at the Cosmopolitan School of Music until 1957. Remaining in the city until 1960, he played with Red Saunders, Billy Williams, and other ensembles. He relocated to New York City in 1960 and then Los Angeles in 1961, where he became a fixture on the West Coast jazz scene

Strut is the tenth studio album by American singer, songwriter, t, producer, and arranger Lenny Kravitz. It was released on September 23, 2014 and was the first release on Kravitz's own Roxie Records, with distribution by Kobalt Label Services. The record also produced five singles released both in 2014 and 2015. This album is his first one released by his own label Roxie Records-named after his mother, actress Roxie Roker.

An excellent bit of funky stuff from LA trumpeter Bobby Bryant. The set was recorded for Cadet in LA, features tight arangements by Bryant, and a lot of nice long cuts that have a bit more of a groove than some of his other recordings (although most of them are pretty great) LP, Vinyl record album.
