The Art of War is the third studio album by hip hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony which was released on July 29, 1997. The album sold 394,000 units in its first week of release. The album was certified quadruple Platinum by the RIAA in June 1998. It was the first double-album from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. The album included the platinum-single "Look into My Eyes", and the gold-single "If I Could Teach the World". The whole album is produced by DJ U-Neek.

The double-disc album was the bane of mid-'90s hip-hop. Single-disc albums tended to be overlong in the first place, but double discs were even worse, since it required artists incapable of successfully filling out a 70 minute disc to produce twice as much music. And it wasn't a question of the two-disc set being an artistic statement - as if the rappers had so much to say they couldn't contain themselves to one disc - it was purely a commercial decision, so they could take home more royalties.

Fifth Harmony may not seem like the most obvious candidate for feminist pop heroes. But the five-piece girl group, which was born on "The X Factor" in 2012, presents a more genuine and compelling face of millennial girl power than anything else currently on the radio.
