Rocka Rolla is enjoyable enough, with its faint whiff of progressive hard rock and its warm, analogue tones, but it’s a patchy affair and never comes close to the grandeur and grit of the classics. 15. Ram It Down (1988). Returning to their traditional sound after the electronic detours of Turbo, Priest stuck to the basics on their 11th studio album. Arguably the album that first showcased the classic Priest sound, Killing Machine is rammed to the gills with bona fide anthems: Hell Bent For Leather, Running Wild, Rock Forever, Delivering The Goods, The Green Manalish. hey’re all here and they all kick a vast amount of arse. Even the elegant ballad Before The Dawn crackles with electrified confidence.

Turbo is the tenth studio album by British heavy metal band Judas Priest, released by Columbia on 14 April 1986. A remastered CD was released in 2001, including two bonus tracks.

Demolition is the fourteenth studio album by British heavy metal band Judas Priest, the first in the decade of the 2000s. It is the second and final studio album to feature Tim 'Ripper' Owens on vocals.

We rank all of Judas Priest's studio albums, from their debut 'Rocka Rolla' to 2014's 'Redeemer of Souls. Decades into their storied career, metal gods Judas Priest have released nearly 20 studio projects totaling (with assorted live releases and best-of sets) an estimated 45 million units sold worldwide. That’s a lot of metal, which is why we’ve undertaken the task of ranking their albums from worst to best. Although they started Birmingham, England, in 1969, the Judas Priest we've come to know and love took shape when lead guitarist . Downing needed a singer after the departure of Al Atkins, who had named the band

Talk about Judas Priest - Robbed And Rammed

Jox
this is a beautiful 4 cd silver factory pressed cd set from japan that also comes with a bonus dvdr of a miami fla show from the same tour in the us in september 1988, the 4 discs consist of 2 uk shows from june 1988 as the ram it down tour was getting underway as the tour started in europe in may 1988, anyway this is a very overlooked priest tour looking back now on there 41 years of touring and making records, for example 3 tracks from ram it down where never played live again after this tour, IM A ROCKER was brought back into there set in 2005 for the angel of retribution tour but has not been heard again since, anyway as this is a phenomenal audience recording i would rate the sound at b++ almost A for BOTH SHOWS HERE, this is also a numbered stickered edition and i have # 031, also keep in mind in order to get the miami dvdr you have to get this from a dealer in japan, anyway even without the dvdr this is a must own for ANY priest die hard as i felt this was a great comeback period for priest after the awful sell out turbo album in 1986, the priest went back to BLACK LEATHER, GOT RID OF THE PERMS and with this very overlooked record ( ram it down) it was balls to the wall priest style hm again as it had been with screaming and defenders, im a priest fan since 1978 now and i was so glad to get a NICE BOOT like this from the ram it down tour................................
