King Biscuit Flower Hour Presents in Concert is a live solo album by John Entwistle, Who was the bassist for English rock band The Who. In March 1975, John Entwistle embarked on a five-week tour of the United States, opening for Humble Pie. They recorded one of the shows for broadcast on the King Biscuit Flower Hour. Recorded live at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, the show included solo material, as well as classic Who tracks written by John Entwistle.

The program was broadcast on Sunday nights from 1973 until 2005, although new programming ceased in 1993 and previous shows were repeated from that point. Records have the radio show "Sketches In Sound With Pete Smith" on sides 1 & 3, which strings together some thoughts about happiness with easy listening music in a... unique... way. Sides 2 & 4 feature Thin Lizzy and Pablo Cruise (respectively) recorded live by the King Biscuit Flower Hour. The Thin Lizzy concert was recorded at the Tower Theater in Philadelphia, PA in late October of 1977; in which they play songs live that were yet to be released on 'Alive And Dangerous', and disproves for the most part allegations of overdubbing/editing. The Pablo Cruise concert was recorded at Virginia Beach, Virginia in November of the same year. Both shows have a brief introduction and outro with military enlistment propaganda ads. The Pablo Cruise concert has a short propaganda ad about race equality in the military before 'A Place In The Sun' begins. Side 4 concludes with a short, nice instrumental by an unknown band...
