What are your top 10 bass albums. What albums do you think everybody should hear? A: I hesitated to answer this because of the inherently subjective nature of the question. The deep groove and time-feel. I just didn’t know you could do that, to state it simply (and I think that a lot of us felt the same way). In my opinion, still the best live album on the planet. After having quit playing bass for 7 years to focus on drums (from 13 – 20), this album is the reason that I picked it back up again. The thing I love about Jaco Pastorius is that he was coming from an R&B background.

Treble refers to tones whose frequency or range is at the higher end of human hearing. In music this corresponds to "high notes". The treble clef is often used to notate such notes. Examples of treble sounds are soprano voices, flute tones, piccolos, et. having frequencies from 2048–16384 Hz (C7–C10). Treble sound is the counterpart to bass sound. The term "treble" derives from the Latin triplum, used in 13th century motets to indicate the third and highest range.

State: 2nd Hand Johan Bejer.

Bass and treble are kind of volume knobs, but only for part of the sound. Bass Low frequencies. Male voices have lower frequencies than female voices, an idling car engine has lower frequencies than a singing bird  . Hope this helps you in understanding bass and treble on an equalizer. In Your Mind is the fourth solo studio album by Bryan Ferry, the former lead vocalist for Roxy Music. It was his first solo album consisting entirely of original songs: the first two had been cover albums, the second concluding with an original song, the third a collection of B-side and EP material consisting of cover versions. As Ferry's first solo all-original LP effort, released after Roxy Music went on a four-year hiatus, it was supported by an extensive tour.

When using printed music to play piano, the treble and bass clefs identify the notes. A clef’s sole purpose in life is to tell you the names of the lines and spaces on the staff so that you can play piano music accurately. If the clef could talk, it would say something like, For this set of notes, the lines and spaces represent these keys. Music uses several different clefs, but as a keyboard player you’re in luck - you only need to know two - the treble clef and the bass clef

The bass concerto was written in 1999 and focuses less on neo-Romanticism and more on a modernized, progressive version of the traditions established by earlier Nordic composers. Kleiberg is very careful to keep the orchestral accompaniment to a minimum to allow the bass a fighting chance at being heard. Still, bassist Göran Sjölin's sound is none too powerful and listeners will find themselves straining to be able to clearly hear the solo line. This is a shame, as Sjölin combines an ample technique with a fluid, warm tone across the range of his instrument.
