Put Up or Shut Up is an EP by American rock band All Time Low released in 2006 through Hopeless Records. Five of the tracks are re-recordings of The Party Scene (2005) songs. The title originates from lyrics taken from "Break Out! Break Out!". On March 28, 2006, it was announced that the band signed to Hopeless Records. The group finished recording Put Up or Shut Up in March, before embarking on a tour with Transition a month later.

Shut up" is a direct command with a meaning very similar to "be quiet", but which is commonly perceived as a more forceful command to stop making noise or otherwise communicating, such as talking. The phrase is probably a shortened form of "shut up your mouth" or "shut your mouth up". Its use is generally considered rude and impolite, and may also considered a form of profanity by some.

Strap in and hold on, as PUT UP OR SHUT UP pits the fastest cars and wildest drivers against each. Not really impressed with the first episode. Lots of build up fluff with little actual racing. ully it gets better, but the concept seems too shallow to have legs. Love this show! Especially when we get to see the data after each run. Couldn't care less about the. prize money, but good to see in E. that the grassroots guys getting a payday!
