Kamchatka are a Swedish power trio highly influenced by late 1960s and early 1970s blues rock bands. Their sound combines elements of blues rock, stoner rock and psychedelic rock. Kamchatka took their name from the volcanically active Russian Kamchatka Peninsula that divides the Okhotsk and the Bering Sea. In 2005 Kamchatka released their self-titled debut Kamchatka, a 14-track album containing 3 covers: "I Love Everybody" originally written by blues-rocker Johnny Winter.

The album was produced by Kamchatka, recorded and mixed by Tobias Strandvik and Kamchatka at Shrimpmonkey Studios, and mastered by Johan Eckerblad at Mintelligence Studios. Volume II. Volume II is the second album of Kamchatka, an 11-track album containing 1 cover: "Enemy Maker" originally written by Alan Haggerty. The album was recorded by Tobias Strandvik and Kamchatka, mixed by Nicholas Elgstrand and Kamchatka and mastered by Tobias Strandvik and Kamchatka at Shrimpmonkey studios. No One That Can Tell.

Kamchatka is well known for being home to a great variety of marine mammals. However, the most famous animals here are the orcas. Orcas are traditionally considered not only one of the most beautiful and intelligent inhabitants of the seas, but also one of the most ferocious ones. In South Kamchatka Federal reserve we will live in Ranger Station surrounded with bear-proof electricity barrier. We will use comfortable catamaran for the oceanic part of the trip. With Kamchatka being a real paradise for naturalists, feel free to consider the Pacific Ocean, mountain rivers, caldera and crater lakes your personal laboratory if you're a nature lovers, of course.
