Johnny McEvoy is a fine performer with a great voice, and there is nothing wrong with the selction of songs featured on the CD - it's a nice mixture of Irish and Country Western music. Although this CD includes what could be called tradional Johnny McEvoy songs like "Murshin Durkin",the surprise is his rendition of a number of Country and Western tracks. The singer brings a freshness to these songs that is a pleasure to listen to and I would highly recommend it to lovers of both C&W and Irish folk music.
