Queens of the Stone Age is the eponymous debut studio album by American rock band Queens of the Stone Age, released by Loosegroove Records on October 6, 1998. It was primarily written and recorded in April 1998 by founding member Josh Homme and his former Kyuss bandmate Alfredo Hernández, with Hernández playing drums and Homme singing and playing the rest of the instruments. In full-page ads in Record Mirror and NME on 20 March 1971, they stated, "We didn't know this record was going to be released. It is, in our opinion, below the standard we try to keep up, both in choice of content and cover design.

SHDWPLY Records issued PC Worship's debut LP (NYC Stone Age) and two 7" EPs (Live Reduxion and a split with the Super Vacations), and cassettes appeared on Night People and Moon Glyph. Second LP Toxic Love was co-released by Evil Weevil Records and Psychic Lunch Records in 2012, and Beat Punk followed on New Images (the label run by Matt Mondanile of Ducktails) in 2013. Moving to Brooklyn's Northern Spy label, PC Worship released Social Rust in 2014, followed by Basement Hysteria (2015) and Buried Wish (2017).
