Further Sessions Vol. 1. As a DJ, promoter and head of Furthur Progressions Records, Hamish has been immersed in electronic music for many years. When by chance he attended his first rave at the tender age of 16 he knew he had found a special kind of music and scene, one which would grab hold and catapult him through many great experiences and adventures

The Dangermen Sessions, Vol. 1 is a cover album by the British ska band Madness. It was released in 2005. The album reached No. 11 in the UK which at the time was their highest chart position in the UK since 1984's Keep Moving. Prior to recording the album, Madness played a series of low-key gigs under the alias The Dangermen, performing mostly cover versions which they had performed in their early days as The Invaders. A selection from the set list was then chosen to be recorded for the album.

Including tracks by the JB's, Herbie Hancock, the 45 King, . Cool J, the Sex Pistols, and Jane's Addiction, Howlett chooses grooves familiar to all and improvises around them (as any old-school DJ would think obvious) instead of mixing between two tracks few have ever heard. The result is an enlightening, practically flawless mix album.
