Michael James Way (born September 10, 1980) is an American musician and actor. He is best known as the bassist of the rock band My Chemical Romance. He is also the t and backing vocalist of rock duo Electric Century. Mikey co-wrote Collapser with Shaun Simon due to begin release July 2019 on DC Comics. Way was born September 10, 1980, in Newark, New Jersey to Donna Lee Way (née Rush) and Donald Way and is of Scottish and Italian ancestry.

Electric Century is an American rock band formed by former My Chemical Romance bassist Mikey Way and Sleep Station vocalist and New London Fire guitarist David Debiak. Electric Century, the new project from Mikey Way formerly of My Chemical Romance, will release an exclusive EP in honor of Record Store Day on April 18th. The album will feature three never-before-heard tracks along with one pre-released single, I Lied. Check out the track listing below! Thus far, Electric Century has released two singles, I Lied and Let You Get Away.
