Come Home" is a song by Mancunian band James, first released as a single in November 1989 by Rough Trade. Like the preceding single, "Sit Down", it received little attention initially and led to James parting ways with Rough Trade. After Mercury Records had signed the band to the Fontana label and experienced chart success with "How Was It for You" they re-released "Come Home" in June 1990 in a version remixed by Flood.
It's that time again when I lose my friends Go walkabout, I've got the bends from pressure This is a testing time when the choice is mine Am I a fool for love or foolish for desire You can throw him out you can spit on him Call what he does a sin if it makes you feel better. And I can't believe you're all I'll ever need And I need to feel that you're not holding me And the way I feel just makes me want to scream Come home, come home, come home Come home, come home, come home. And I don't believe you're all I'll ever need And I need to feel that you're not holding me And the way I feel just makes me want to scream Come home, come home, come home Come home, come home, come home Come home, come home, come home. Come Home" Track Info.
You can find the song if you only know parts of the song's lyrics. I can’t find a song that I’ve been looking for years. It had to have been several years ago and I remember it was sung by a man and the chorus went All I really want is yoouuuuuuu Then he’d whisper it All I really want i. .Please help! Kevin Davis 19 June 2019 Reply. There is a song called, I'm a fighter by Kennedy James. I need lyrics to that song so I can understand everything she is singing. Can anyone help me figure out the lyrics to this song?
Her approach to this song-which, when you break it down, is more about loneliness than love-says a lot about her ability to radiate warmth and positivity through her singular sound. It's miles away from the struggles the singer would face later in her career. Always a party starter and roof-igniting karaoke jam, the song become a bittersweet rallying cry in the years since her death. You can practically hear 23-year-old smiling through the chorus, urging every last wallflower on to the dance floor. Who can resist?-Andrew Frisicano.
