Liverpool quartet, Strange Collective, are pleased to announce they will release their debut EP ‘Super Touchy’ via Salvation Records on 1st July 2016. To celebrate the news they’re streaming brand new single ‘Heavy’ in full ahead of its release on 22nd April. A freewheeling ball of guitars, drums and howled vocals careening along with no predetermined endpoint, Strange Collective seem to effortlessly gain momentum whilst simultaneously threatening to spiral out of control.

Drawing inspiration from bands like Drenge, old-school Biffy Clyro and Manchester Orchestra, Lennie Dies will drag you in with heavy rhythms and throw you out with graphic, three-part harmonies. Formed in mid-2017, the band spent a year writing and are now crashing into the Liverpool scene with energy that will make an impact. The Collective is the self-titled debut mini album by Australian boy band The Collective, released on 14 December 2012 by Sony Music Australia. After finishing third in the fourth season of The X Factor in 2012, The Collective began recording the album in Melbourne. The album contains their debut single "Surrender", recorded versions of six songs they performed on The X Factor, and a cover of Wham!'s "Last Christmas".
