Denver’s Snake Rattle Rattle Snake create music steeped in the darkness, perpetually dodging the sunny sheen of pop tendencies in favor of the shadows. Singer Hayley Helmericks, guitarist Doug Spencer, t Wilson Helmericks, bassist Jon Evans and drummer Andrew Warner walk suredly down that partly cloudy street and the result is the band’s second full length album Totem. Great album! The musical journey and dynamics are excellent. Just received the record in the mail today and had a blast spinning it loud and proud.
