Talk about The New Blockaders - Falten

Ndyardin
Keeping in the spirit with many TNB releases, Falten remains dogged in its pursuit of ‘difficult’ noise. However, compared to the familiar ‘continuous barrage’ of noise, this displays rather more – erm – progressive tendencies in the use of edits, drop-outs, dynamics, phasing, and its overall efforts to re-energise the sound in many ways. This could almost be termed a ‘dub mix,’ utilising minimal processing effects, yet still leaving raw and bleeding chasmic wounds in the body of the patient. Those wounds are vicious gashes, hacked into the body of mainstream bourgeois culture. THE SOUND PROJECTOR (UK)
Flash_back
Amazing 2003 recordings from R.Rupenus, mixed by Anomali. The great TNB metal and harsh noise clatter is all here blasted out like fu*king crazy! Awesome! HANSON (USA)
Thohelm
Huge swirls of rotor blade crunch, sudden leaps in voltage, whipped up frequency storms, the sound of a million-man army on the march. TNB give you more to think about and digest than a hundred pale imitators. This is heady, brain loosening material for those who wish to explore the outer edges of what ‘music’ and more pertinently ‘noise’ has to offer. Buy at any cost. IDWAL FISHER (UK)
