Lewayne Williams, (born, August 28, 1969, better known as Ganxsta . pronounced Gangsta Nip) is a rapper from South Park, Houston, Texas and a member of the South Park Coalition, which he cofounded in 1987 with Houston rapper K-Rino. In 1992 he released his debut album South Park Psycho. This record also help put the South Park Coalition name on the map due to world wide distribution from Rap-a-Lot. He also wrote the Geto Boys hit "Chuckie".

The South Park Psycho is the first album by the rapper Ganksta N-I-P. It was released on February 26, 1992, through Rap-a-Lot Records. The album has production from Ganksta N-I-P, The Terrorists, John Bido and Doug King. The album is one of the earliest examples of the horrorcore genre, and considered by many as a Southern hip hop classic. Guest artists include future routine collaborators, Dope-E, K-Rino, and Seagram.

South Park Psycho is the most psychotic, deranged, outrageous album I've ever heard, of any genre. Each song is a horror movie in itself, and if you have the humor and disassociation to not take it too seriously you are in for a wild ride through Houston's mean streets of 5th Ward and the park. I've been listening to it ever since it was released and I still crack up laughing at some of the craziness
