The album received mixed reactions with the critics lamenting the album for straying from its creator's punk roots. Others were impressed by Lyxzén's ability to diversify his musical output. The Lost Patrol returned in 2003 with "Songs about Running Away". In 2010 Invasionen released their debut album Hela Världen Brinner on Sony Music in Sweden. A vinyl version of the record was released on Dennis' own label Ny Våg Records. Shortly after the record was released Robert Pettersson left the band to focus on his band Masshysteri. Richard Österman replaced him on bass.

Soviet Invasion is the second release from British doom metal band Witchfinder General. It was released in 1982 on Heavy Metal Records. The EP was released on 12" vinyl. In 2004 it was reissued on 12" vinyl with "Soviet Invasion" and "Rabies" on the A-side and the "Burning a Sinner" single on the b-side ("Burning a Sinner" and "Satan's Children"). In 2007 it was released on CD for the first time on the compilation Buried Amongst the Ruins.

This 3 song 7" is just perfect energetic sing along punk rock from members from among others The Vicious, Hurula, Regulations, Invasionen and The International Noise Conspiracy. Think all these songs are on their 1st of two LPs that both come highly recommended. Got to see the band live a couple of times and they kicked ass.
