Due to Coe's feud with Jimmy Buffett, who accused Coe of plagiarism, this album contained a note stating "Jimmy Buffett doesn't live in Key West anymore", a lyric from the song "Jimmy Buffett", which appeared on Coe's independent album Nothing Sacred.
