The instrumental for "Flavor Of The Month" exactly matches the 12" single with the additional samples not heard on the vocal version. And I believe this is the first appearance anywhere for "The Choice Is Yours" and "Similak Child" instrumentals. Even the disc label and inserts were printed more professionally than I had expected

Instrumentals were an integral part of the northern soul scene, from the Marketts' Stirrin' Up Some Soul to the Just Brothers' Sliced Tomatoes. Sometimes they were nothing more than backing tracks for vocal A-sides - the atmospheric, harp-led Sidra's Theme was the backing for Ronnie and Robyn's single As Long As You Love Me, and was apparently first played on the scene by Ian Levine in 1973  . Hungry For Love was big enough to necessitate an album - San Remo Golden Strings Swing - which included Askey's interpretations of chestnuts like Ol' Man River and Blueberry Hill.

Rob Zombie (born Robert Bartleh Cummings; January 12, 1965) is an American musician and filmmaker. He is a founding member of the heavy metal band White Zombie, releasing four studio albums with the band. He is the older brother of Spider One, lead vocalist for American rock band Powerman 5000. Zombie's first solo effort was a song titled "Hands of Death (Burn Baby Burn)" (1996) with Alice Cooper, which went on to receive a nomination for Best Metal Performance at the 39th Annual Grammy Awards

Talk about Black Sheep - Silence Of The Lambs "The Instrumentals" Volume One

Narder
I took a chance on buying this from Amazon, and I had low expectations. It was my first "on-demand" CD-R purchase, and I figured it might come with an inkjet label and mediocre sound quality. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! This is the real deal--lossless instrumentals direct from the master tapes. (That doesn't mean you won't hear vinyl crackle, though. The original tracks were often sampled from scratchy records.)The instrumental for "Flavor Of The Month" exactly matches the 12" single with the additional samples not heard on the vocal version. And I believe this is the first appearance anywhere for "The Choice Is Yours" and "Similak Child" instrumentals. [There are two slightly different mixes of the Revisted "Choice" instrumental and both the the original and remixed "Similak" instrumentals.]Even the disc label and inserts were printed more professionally than I had expected. Although it's a CD-R, it doesn't look homemade at all. In short, I'm glad I grabbed this while it is still available.
