Opus is the sixth studio album by Austrian pop rock band Opus. It was released in 1987. It peaked at on the Ö3 Austria Top 40 Longplay. The first single "Whiteland", peaked at on the Ö3 Austria Top 40 Singles and on the Ö3-Hitparade. The second single, "Faster and Faster", peaked at on the Ö3 Austria Top 40 Singles and on the Ö3-Hitparade. The third single, "Will You Ever Know Me", peaked at on the Ö3-Hitparade.

Opus III was an English electronic music group who had success on the UK Singles Chart and on the . The group consisted of vocalist Kirsty Hawkshaw and producers/musicians Kevin Dodds, Ian Munro and Nigel Walton. The group members promoted a strong environmental and feminist message through their lyrics, album liner notes and photo and video imagery. Their biggest hit was It's a Fine Day, which reached number five in the United Kingdom in February 1992.

There is just over one month until Eric Prydz releases his long-awaited artist album Opus on Feb. 5 and now the tracklist has leaked out to the public somewhat ahead of schedule. The leak not only revealed which songs would appear on the album, but also that it was a double disc LP, which means 19 songs from Eric Prydz all in one place.
