Waiting For A Train is the tenth track on the album Inception: Music from the Motion Picture. It runs for 9:30 minutes. Its title refers to a phrase said by Dom to Mal when they were experimenting in Limbo. The track plays when Cobb is explaining to Ariadne how he and Mal got stuck down in Limbo and how Mal eventually killed herself, as well as when Cobb has to let her go while they're both (him and his projection of Mal) in Limbo, at the end of the operation.

I'd play the Red River Valley And he'd sit out in the kitchen and cry And run his fingers through seventy years of livin' And wonder, "Lord, has ever' well I've drilled run dry?"
