This was recorded in the basement of a bowling alley in Birmingham, MI (if I'm not mistaken) with the able and willing assistance of "Punch" Andrews and is the only example of the transition period between the Seger System days and the advent of the Silver Bullet Band that everybody is familiar with

Robert Clark Seger (/ˈsiːɡər/, born May 6, 1945) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and pianist. As a locally successful Detroit-area artist, he performed and recorded as Bob Seger and the Last Heard and Bob Seger System throughout the 1960s, breaking through with his first national hit and album in 1968. By the early 1970s, he had dropped the 'System' from his recordings and continued to strive for broader success with various other bands.
