I started recording it over three years ago, never suspecting it would take this long. But now that it's done, I am thrilled with it.

Parthenon Huxley is the classic, single-minded indie artist who follows his own musical path. Originally inspired by the British Invasion, his sound has evolved into a unique mix of soaring melodies, hot guitars and a globe-spanning world view. Beloved by many but under the radar to most, he has managed to score four Top 20 hits, win three Album of the Year Awards and one Composer of the Year Award. He's recorded for majors (Columbia, MCA, Universal) and loads of indies. The band has performed sold-out shows all over the world for the last 14 years. Huxley's upcoming album, "Thank You Bethesda" will be released in November.

PARTHENON is a Symphonic Prog, Progressive Rock artist from Venezuela. until 2005, when Luna Negra released this amazing CD that saw the two Parthenon founding members Santamaria and Ballestas bringing back the band's legacy to life with the support of some of their current colleagues from Amarok. Payback time, indeed, and what a payback!

No Rewind is an album released by The Orchestra in 2001 and reissued in 2005 and again in 2006. Produced by Eric Troyer, Parthenon Huxley and Jim Jacobsen, No Rewind was recorded without financial support from any record labels. Ten tracks and more were recorded in studios in Los Angeles and New York over a two-and-a-half year period. Three versions were released with three different cover designs

Parthenon Huxley was born with the decidedly less-memorable name Rick Miller; Parthenon comes from his interest in ancient Greek history - Miller had lived in Greece for a time as a child - and Huxley from British writer/philosopher Aldous. The North Carolina native's first combo was the Blazers, Chapel Hill power poppers whose sole album, How to Rock, came out on Moonlight Records in 1980 (not to be confused with the '90s Latino rock band from . Huxley signed with Columbia Records and released his first album, Sunny Nights, in 1988.

Parthenon Huxley (born January 19, 1956) is an American musician, singer, songwriter and producer who is known for his solo albums and for his involvement in ELO Part II and The Orchestra, both of which are latter-day offshoots of the 1970s-80s symphonic rock band Electric Light Orchestra. He has also made cameo appearances in several films including Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story and The Flintstones.
