While looking for an apartment, Jeanne, a beautiful young Parisienne, encounters Paul, a mysterious American expatriate mourning his wife's recent suicide. Instantly drawn to each other, they have a stormy, passionate affair, in which they do not reveal their names to each other. Their relationship deeply affects their lives, as Paul struggles with his wife's death and Jeanne prepares to marry her fiance, Tom, a film director making a cinema-verite documentary about her. Genre: Drama, Romance.

Tango Orchestra Leader, Le chanteur de l'orchestre de tango. President of Tango Jury, Le président du concours de tango.

Last Tango in Paris (Italian: Ultimo tango a Parigi; French: Le Dernier Tango à Paris) is a 1972 erotic drama film directed by Bernardo Bertolucci which portrays a recently widowed American who begins an anonymous sexual relationship with a young Parisian woman. The film's raw portrayal of sexual violence and emotional turmoil led to international controversy and drew various levels of government censorship in different venues.

Of course, by the release of Last Tango in Paris, that sound is so anachronistic that it seems to originate from not just another time, but another planet - worse, there's no rhyme or reason to explain the song selection, resulting in track-to-track progressions as absurd as "Love Theme from Lady Sings the Blues" into Hank Williams' "Jambalaya (On. the Bayou).

Last Tango In Paris - Jazz Waltz. 12. Last Tango In Paris Suite. 13. 14. 15. This new album is twice the length of the original release but is virtually identical to the already solid 1998 RykoDisc release. Like the previous release, the bulk of the album is devoted to the fragmented film suite, which contains 28 untitled tracks of the source cues. Most of the tracks are brief flashes of musical punctuation, barely 30 seconds or so. While the choice of including all the tracks for the completist is the appropriate one, the album gets very repetitive. This is one of those situations where having everything can be a little bit dull as a listening experience
