AC/DC are an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young AC/DC underwent several line-up changes before releasing their first album, High Voltage, in 1975. Membership subsequently stabilised around the Young brothers, singer Bon Scott, drummer Phil Rudd, and bass player Mark Evans. Evans was replaced by Cliff Williams in 1977 for the album Powerage. The major breakthrough in the band's career came in their collaboration with producer "Mutt" Lange on the album Highway to Hell, released in 1979. Grim Reaper became the unlikeliest of over-achievers when their modest, independently released first album, See You in Hell, was unexpectedly picked up by RCA Records for worldwide distribution and proceeded to climb up the American charts. The irony of this is that the band had been kicking around the . scene for years, taking part in, but never really taking off with, the New Wave of British Heavy Metal earlier in the decade

Classic album with a lot of great songs. Best of the Bon Scott era of AC/DC right here. Their best album, second only to Back in Black of you ask me. Must own for any AC/DC or music fan. As a new vinyl plays great, with fantastic sound.
