Robert Musso - Absolute Music, 1989, MU Records. I'm hearing harmolodic influences in spades. It's a pan global sprawl of skronky, stretchy, sometime folky, post apocalyptic, opium den house band atmospherics. Kithara Mu has Robert Musso's take on electric guitar solo histrionics - gloriously so. There's a great skeletal funkwise track - Music Of The Spheres, that is seriously whack with tons of skirlish eddying and a flurry of wigged slide. Thats three from 7 tracks. Thing is, its entirely performed on string instruments.
