The early albums and singles released from 1963 to 1967 were originally on Decca Records in the United Kingdom, and on their subsidiary label London Records in the United States. It was common practice in the music industry, prior to 1967, for British releases to be reconfigured for the American market

The Licks Tour was a worldwide concert tour undertaken by The Rolling Stones during 2002 and 2003, in support of their 40th anniversary compilation album Forty Licks. The itinerary continued the Rolling Stones' practice of mixing theatre, arena, and stadium venues. With little new music to promote, set lists were dynamic and featured a total of 80 different songs.

The Rolling Stones unearthed several live performances for their upcoming release, Voodoo Lounge Uncut, which arrives November 16th via Eagle Vision. The new project comprises a concert film and live album, and is centered around a reissue of a 1995 TV special that captured the Stones’ November 25th, 1994 gig at the Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami, Florida

When it was time for his traditional two-song spotlight at the Rolling Stones’ September 27th concert at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Richards acknowledged the crowd’s chanting - Keith! Keith! - with a deep bow and his even deeper growl: Well, I made it, he said, pausing. The show was the Stones’ third pass through this neighborhood in the last year, and the first half of the set list was a welcome change-up.
