The Never Ending Tour is the popular name for Bob Dylan's endless touring schedule since June 7, 1988. During the course of the tour, musicians have come and gone as the band continued to evolve. They amassed a huge fan base with some fans traveling from around the world to attend as many Dylan shows as possible. The tour started in Stockholm, Sweden at an intimate concert at Berns Salonger. Dylan performed five concerts in England. One of which was at the Roundhouse in London which was a concert especially for the members of the BobDylan. Dylan also performed at the Edinburgh Playhouse, the first time he had performed in the city since April 1995.

Real Live was released in the winter 1984 which documented Dylan's 1984 summer, released by Columbia Records. Six songs from the album were recorded at Wembley Stadium on July 7, two songs were recorded at St. James Park on July 5 and another two were recorded at Slane Castle, Ireland on July . .

On May 17, 1966, at the Free Trade Hall in Manchester, England, Bob Dylan performed one of the most famous - and infamous - concerts in rock history. The show was the 11th of Dylan and his backing band the Hawks’ European tour, a series of gigs that on a nightly basis descended into battles. Battles that, truth be told, have probably been overstated over the years.
