We've Got Tonight is the fourteenth studio album by Kenny Rogers, released in 1983. It is also his last with Liberty Records before moving to RCA Nashville. The title cut, a duet with Sheena Easton, was the debut single and became one of Rogers' signature hits, soaring to on the country charts and on the Adult Contemporary chart, reaching on the Hot 100 chart.

We've Got Tonite" (sic) is a song written by American Bob Seger, from his 1978 album Stranger in Town. The single record charted twice for Seger and multiple times for other artists as well. The song developed from an earlier Seger composition entitled "This Old House" which featured the same chords as "We've Got Tonite" although the earlier song had a slightly different melody
