Graffiti Bridge is the twelfth studio album by American recording artist Prince and is the soundtrack album to the 1990 film of the same name. It reached number 6 in the United States and was his third consecutive chart-topper (following Lovesexy and Batman) on the UK Albums Chart. Nearly every song on the record was written by Prince despite the handful of artists performing, including Tevin Campbell, Mavis Staples and The Time.

Graffiti Bridge is the twelfth full-length studio album by Prince, and the companion album to his second dramatic motion picture, Graffiti Bridge. It was released worldwide in August 1990 (fourteen months after his previous album, Batman). For the first time, Prince included on the album tracks he had written and produced for other artists (also included in the movie), and singles were also released to support those artists. In late 1988, Prince used some of the same tracks for the planned album, Rave Unto The Joy Fantastic, but this appears to have been a separate project. Several other musicians are listed as contributors on the album, but most appear with only minor contributions, with the bulk of the work on the album done by Prince alone. Tracks were recorded throughout the 1980s.

17.  New Power Generation (P. I). During her break, she had received a lot of media exposure, including appearing in the movie Krush Groove, in which she performed "A Love Bizarre" and "Holly Rock". She had also performed for a wide audience as an act on Prince and The Revolution's Purple Rain Tour. The video for the album's lead.

Listen free to Prince – Graffiti Bridge (Can't Stop This Feeling I Got, New Power Generation and more). Graffiti Bridge is the twelfth studio album by American recording artist Prince and is the soundtrack album to the 1990 film of the same name.

Album · 1990 · 17 Songs. Prince jumped into the '90s with Graffiti Bridge, an ambitious film/soundtrack project modeled after the multimedia triumph of Purple Rain. The bright, driving, and gospel-inflected double LP pushed his ‘80s experimentation to new heights. Its guests alone show how far he’d come as a collaborator-he’s joined by Tevin Campbell ( Round and Round ), Mavis Staples ( Melody Cool ), and musicians who later coalesced as The New Power Generation ( Thieves in the Temple )

Album Name Graffiti Bridge. Released date August 1990. Labels Warner Music Group WEA Paisley Park. 6. Thieves in the Temple. 9. Release It - Time. 10. Elephants and Flowers.
