Mark Newlands was never ripped off by Storm. The P&D distributor ripped the label off for all the profit on the vinyl - no money. Mark got his share of the royalties from CD sales from Jackhammer at Nosebleed. As much as I respect Mark Newlands' talent he has exaggerated and misinformed people about the demise of Storm. Jackhammer left the music scene for a while.

Mark hasnt "exaggerated and misinformed people" at all. Im surprised if hes mentioned it to anyone for a decade or more. Check the date of MY comment for a start. And thats relaying details of discussion on a hardcore message board from the late 1990s. Oh and who mentioned 'being ripped off'? I said "had problems over getting the money". Thats not necessarily being ripped off. The first person who used that particular phrase was you.So while its great that you here to present your side of things, youve made a complete hash of it and come away looking worse than before.

This "Sophomore" outing of the more widely available Nasenbluten records offered a glimpse of things that were to come. Hardcore was in a complete drought and the Dutch had gone completely happy/powercore. This record makes a screw that type of statement and is dark and hard, full of breakbeats and most importantly creativity. One of the few gems during the horrible late 94/early 95 era of Hardcore Techno. 5/5 enough said.

Horrible late 94 early 95 era of Hardcore Techno???, really?
Bloodray
I Totally Agree,

Something very special about this record, ill treasure mine forever :)
Celak
Yet another Nasenbluten release that they had problems over getting the money for. According to Mr. Newlands, Storm stands for 'Someones Taken Our Royalty Money'.

I've heard some nasty rumours, yeah...
