Bill Haley & His Comets recorded many singles and albums. The following list references only their original release and generally does not include compilation albums (with a few exceptions) or single reissues. This list does not include releases on which the Comets worked as session musicians, and primarily focuses on releases during Haley's lifetime. 1956 - Rock 'n' Roll Stage Show (Decca 8345). 1957 - Rockin' the Oldies (Decca 8569). 1958 - Rockin' Around the World (Decca 8692).

Info for Bill Haley's Scrapbook. The other live album from Haley's December 16, 1969 appearance at the Bitter End is actually better in some respects than the 1950's Rock 'n Roll Revival. Much of this set was drawn from Haley's second and third shows that day, on which he and the band were obviously feeling even more confident after a very successful first show, for what was to be his first official live album in eight years.

In the United States in 1969, promoter Richard Nader launched a series of rock and roll revival concert tours featuring artists of the 1950s and 1960s. At one of the first of these shows, held at the Felt Forum at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Haley received an eight-and-a-half-minute standing ovation following his performance, as Nader related in his recorded introduction to Haley's live album Bill Haley Scrapbook, which was recorded a few weeks later at the Bitter End club in New York.
