The copy bundled with the 'Disco Fever Collector's Edition' in the EU was missing track 30 of CD 2 'Who's There? ("P4D" ver.)' despite its inclusion on the track listings. A free replacement to CD 2 (with track 30 included) was provided to customers who requested one.
