Loaded" was the single that changed everything for Primal Scream. It started as a simple request from Primal Scream member Andrew Innes to Andrew Weatherall for a remix of the song "I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have" off the group's second (and self-titled) full length album, an album which hadn't met with much success. Weatherall did one, slightly hesitant remix of it, and was then told by Innes to get radical with the rearrangement. Loaded", where the essence of the groundbreaking album "Screamadelica" was born, was substantially instrumental for revitalizing independent rock and dance for a new decade.

Loaded" is a song by Scottish rock band Primal Scream, released in February 1990 as the lead single from their third studio album Screamadelica (1991). It is a remix of an earlier song titled "I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have". In 2014, NME placed the song at number 59 in its list of the 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time.

Primal Scream are a British rock band originally formed in 1982 in Glasgow by Bobby Gillespie (vocals) and Jim Beattie. The band's current lineup consists of Gillespie, Andrew Innes (guitar), Martin Duffy (keyboards), Simone Butler (bass), and Darrin Mooney (drums). Barrie Cadogan has toured and recorded with the band since 2006 as a replacement after the departure of guitarist Robert "Throb" Young.

Talk about Primal Scream - Loaded E.P.

Usic
If memory serves me right, Andrew Innes instructions to Andrew Weatherall was, "Fucking destroy it"....The rest is history.
Arador
A Peter Fonda's quote from the film The Wild Angels (Roger Corman, 1966).The voice has been sampled by A. Weatherall and used at the beginning of track, then starts the great song...
Jozrone
although overshadowed by weatherall's mix this is well worth checking out , much more laidback and funky with more of the vocals left in , plus the original on the flip(I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have) which loaded is based on
