The best AC/DC album! Listen to this and Back in Black song for song. Sadly the last album before Bon Scott's death, "Highway to Hell" lifted AC/DC's popularity largely. I believe "Highway to Hell" is the signature song of the band and certainly their most popular, but "Back in Black" is probably better. Best AC/DC and one of the best Albums of all time in my opinion. Features the unique edgy Rock and Roll sound only heard from AC/DC all the way through. AC/DC doesn't do bad songs, this makes album makes no exception! High Voltage was not very critically successful during the time of it's release.
