I like the whole release, but have to agree with Ed. Gesture Without Motion VIP fucking kills it and Journeys comes close to it too. If you are still thinking about this release, don't think too long!

Quality release! Not only do you get 2 classics from the old school, but also 2 fresh remixes of The Core and they are proper dark side .

Not really feeling The Core remixes but Gesture Without Motion (94 VIP Unreleased) is an amazing tune and worth buying this release just for this one tune.

I personally like the remixes. Both of them have some pretty good drum programming especially the Pixl version. I'm usually not keen on 'modern' updates on classics either, so I had to get past my initial prejudice. Listening to them straight out of the mailer though had me boppin around. Obviously love the older tunes as well.

Its interesting.. i played both remixes of the core out on multiple occasions, AKO night / Rupture / BLJ and every time they have absolutely smashed the place... everyone has opinions and styles they like, i love both remixes and felt very happy to put them on the label. They may grow on you over time !!!, until then enjoy Journey's and Gestures... thanks for supporting the baby !!!

'Journeys' is obviously a fantastic and classic tune (I also have it on original press from back in the day) too Neil. As for the other two new mixes of 'The Core' I was just being honest.Looking forward to the next release :)

I concur with Ed_Jungle that 'The Core' remixes just don't cut it (sorry guys). So yes, it's most definitely all about 'Gesture Without Motion' (94 VIP Unreleased) & 'Journeys'. Pure class!
