The Dangerous Summer is a rock band from Ellicott City, Maryland. The band formed in the summer of 2006 to write their first EP, There Is No Such Thing as Science, which drew the attention of Hopeless Records and other labels in 2007. They signed with Hopeless Records within 8 months (in April 2007) of starting the band during their senior year of high school. They then re-released their debut EP under a new name, If You Could Only Keep Me Alive, with new songs included.

The Dangerous Summer. Two songs in, I stopped what I was doing and went and sat by the stereo for the rest of the album All those nights just being up late, listening to music, looking up new music, knowing there was a band out there with the perfect sound. 5 September 2017 eat music, recent variety, and they sure know how to put on a good show!! My first concert ever was seeing The Dangerous Summer in Baltimore in 2013, and it 100% is a show I’ll . .

About The Dangerous Summer. First album since the reformation of the band and the first to only feature a single guitarist. Still the same pop-punk sound as the previous albums. On the touring cycle they had a fill in guitarist but as of right now they’re just a 3-piece band. The Dangerous Summer Q&A. More The Dangerous Summer albums. Reach for the Sun: B-Sides. The Dangerous Summer kicks off with the catchy Color, where sonic atmospherics set a feeling that conjures up swaying in the summertime sunshine to memories of Warped Tours past. The boys then pick up the pace for the passionate veracity of This Is Life, perhaps the collection’s greatest stand-out. Back in the day, The Dangerous Summer would have been a shoe-in for a Drive-Thru Records band.
