Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga's official music video for 'The Lady Is A Tramp'.

Album · 2011 · 17 Songs. In the end, everyone does, as Bennett and his swinging orchestra prove to be welcoming hosts, drawing coy warmth from Amy Winehouse ( Body and Soul ) and delicacy from Mariah Carey ( When Do the Bells Ring for Me ). He also caused such a flurry of palpable sparks with Lady Gaga ( The Lady Is a Tramp ) that the two went off to record another album together. Duets II Tony Bennett.

DUETS II is the follow-up to Tony Bennett's multi-platinum CD, DUETS, which was released in conjunction with Tony's 80th birthday in 2006. DUETS won three Grammy Awards and was the singer's best selling album to date. Now the legendary performer celebrates a milestone 85th birthday with the release of DUETS II. The singer has completed recording with Lady Gaga and Aretha Franklin, adding to a celebrated list of artists previously announced including Amy Winehouse, Michael Buble, Norah Jones, John Mayer, Queen Latifah, Carrie Underwood and many others. With Willie Nelson, however, the album gets back on track; the two singers really seem to enjoy one another. Queen Latifah puts her acting skills to use on "Who Can I Turn To" and Norah Jones positively purrs on "Speak Lo. The remaining seven tracks are a mixed bag.

Duets II is another collection of American Songbook standards performed in the best of ways. Featuring duets with: Amy Winehouse (her last known recording!), Lady Gaga, Aretha Franklin and many other musical legends. 180 gram audiophile vinyl. In a 1965 interview with LIFE, Frank Sinatra said: "For my money, Tony Bennett is the best singer in the business. He excites me when I watch him. He moves me. He's the singer who gets across what the composer has in mind, and probably a little more. But it is the tragic and premature passing of Amy Winehouse that makes this album truly special; her appearance on the duet "Body And Soul" is the last known recording of the British songbird, and it is a truly heartrending version of the 1930 jazz classic. If this isn't Grammy material, we don't know what is!
