I Desert Hype sono un power trio Junk-Rock di Cagliari, Sardegna o poco tempo Andrea. Registrano il loro primo ep omonimo ad Agosto 2011 mentre un mese dopo comincia l'attività live. Nel 2013, i Desert Hype presentano "Sgattagheis", primo lavoro ufficiale della band, pubblicato come doppio ep. Nel 2014 esce "Spl33t", lo split con i Raikinas, mentre nel 2016 viene presentato il primo full lenght "sweP" con Electric Valley Records. A Settembre del 2018 uscirà.
