In October 1993 Nasty Idols released their third album, Vicious. Two new videos Heads Down (In Tinseltown) and Ain't Got Nothin' followed, the last a more darker video than the previous ones. When the Seattle Grunge era stormed the earth by 94, life were not easy for any good old rock n´roll band. Espinoza left the band to for other projects. A fourth album, The Fourth Reich (later changed to Heroes For Sale) was planned, but the label went bankruppt before it was released and Nasty Idols splitted in 1995. After a succesfull re-union gig at the Sweden Rock Festival 2006 the band followed up with "The Rejects On The Road" Tour. Throughout 2006 they played in Sweden and in 2007 they were still playing gigs and toured in Italy and . In 2008 they started record their fifth album. The 12 -track album "Boys Town" was released in March 2009.

Rejects On The Road chronicles the Nasty Idols 2006 comeback tour (their first in over a decade) with a complete show, an hour long documentary and much more. The live concert featured on this DVD is a club show that was filmed in Malmo, Sweden on September 15, 2006 and shows that after a decade apart the Nasty Idols haven’t missed a beat. The band still sounds great while dishing out venomous sleaze metal. You get to see the band onstage and backstage, talking about Nasty Idol beer, Gigolos On Parole being the world’s worst album and seeing a barely dressed blond throwing t-shirts into the crowd at Sweden Rock Fest (you’d never get away with this in America!). Rejects On The Road is a well-produced and entertaining DVD. If this is the Nasty Idols‘ swan song, it is a hell of a way to go out. ww. astyidols.

NASTY IDOLS disbanded in 1995 following the recording of their fourth album, "Heroes For Sale". They eventually reunited in 2006 for the "Rejects On The Road Tour" and issued a comeback album, "Boys Town", in 2009. Their final studio album, "Kalifornia", came out in 2012. Cruel Intention" is the sophomore release of the Swedish sleaze gunners, Nasty Idols. Released in 1991, their musical style is crossing between the wild and wicked glam metal of Motley Crue and the commercial hard rock of Bon Jovi. Fronted by Andy Pierce who sounded like a blend of Phil Lewis of . Guns and Taime Downe of Faster Pussycat, this album roared from an uptempo gasoline burning heavy metal, down to a laid back bluesy hard rock, and sliced between an anthemic melodic hard rock
