The album was released on September 28, 2010 by Megaforce Records. The first single from the album "Come On", was released on August 16, 2010. It is the band's final album to feature Pig Benis on bass and Gravy on guitar, and it is the only album to feature Lil Dan on percussion.

Griffin however did not play on the band's 2004 album, Extremist Makeover, with the drums laid down by Matt Bray. Griffin has played drums for Hell City Glamours, Degeneracy, Bonic, Killerhertz, Salmon Hater, Quadbox and Tubbh. In November 2009 28 Days reformed to support Bodyjar on that band's farewell tour, since then the band has started work on songs for a new album.
