Get Closer is Seals and Crofts' eighth studio album. The title cut was a top 10 hit in early 1976, reaching on the Pop charts, and AC. It would be their final top 10 hit. "Goodbye Old Buddies" reached on the AC chart as well. The song "Get Closer" features the vocals of Carolyn Willis, who had been in the group Honey Cone

Closer Contact is Magnus Larsson. So far, he has released a couple of records, done some remixing, some motion picture music and played a couple of live shows. He is also part of a music collective called 'Dogma Nouveau'.
