Non Serviam is the second full-length album by Greek extreme metal band Rotting Christ, released in 1994. In Latin, Non serviam translates to "I will not serve", and Biblically refers to Satan's refusal to serve God. It also has some different connotations in secular literary works. Frontman Sakis Tolis has the words tattooed on his stomach. After 12 years of discontinued print, the album was re-released by The End Records in 2006.

Non serviam is Latin for "I will not serve". The phrase is generally attributed to Lucifer, who is said to have spoken these words to express rejection to serve God in the heavenly kingdom. Today "non serviam" is also used or referred to as motto by a number of political, cultural, and religious groups to express their wish to rebel; it may be used to express a radical view against established common beliefs and organisational structures accepted as the status quo.
