Interestingly, the new album doesn't appear to feature Slipknot's 2018 single "All Out Life". Check out the music video, tracklist and cover art below, and be sure to catch the band on tour with Volbeat, Gojira, and Behemoth. Tour dates at the end of the post. Update: We take a deep dive into the new Slipknot masks here. I'm just weathering a rough patc. nother villain with an itch to scratch Denial is the darkest when you live in a hole Why does the Hell make you feel so cold? Make a move and you pay for it/Pick a Lord and you pray to it You're so demanding when you want the truth, but your stories don't read for me Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul/I was gone but how was I to know? I didn't come this far to sink so low/I'm finally holding on to letting go.

An album that has lit many a lonely student the way to dusky death, Mitchell’s 1971 classic details her split from Graham Nash, her youthful divorce and the trauma of giving up a daughter for adoption, all delivered wrapped in inconsolable poetry with a roll of piano or thrum of acoustic. Arguably the album that invented goth, ‘Pornography’ was the first of The Cure’s Trilogy Of Doom that would suck ‘Disintegration’ and ‘Bloodflowers’ into its vampiric cataclysms of sound with the intention of making anguish sound awesome. And what exactly do you expect from an album that opens with the line, It doesn’t matter if we all die ? Kazoo solos? 5 Desertshore (1970).

Darkest Hour is the eighth album by American metalcore band Darkest Hour. It was released on August 5, 2014 through Sumerian Records. It is the first album to feature bassist Aaron Deal and drummer Travis Orbin. The album marks their significant departure from their usual melodic death metal sound, instead having a more mainstream approach with elements of metalcore more prominent, with a more upbeat style. The band's next release would see a return to their original style.
