As long as you know your limit even if you find always yourself kinda busy over little or bigger things when your body talk to you to get a rest for awhile, i think there is nothing wrong in listening. I am a master in that art. One just acquires that skill over time especially when all your life you have been doing nothing. It is also difficult to make nothing.
