This is an absolutely brilliant drum and bass EP. David Kristian brings skittery, dusty and dark tunes complete with tape looped n via a broken tape machine and deep bass melodic lines. It's lovely and refined. Highlight for me is 'A Be. Downpour brings completely unique and punishingly dark techstep. At times ultra-distorted and heavy, at others ethereal and spacey. These aren't your Dom and Roland or Optical tech rollers.
