The cancer usually first spreads into the myometrium and the serosa, then into other reproductive and pelvic structures. When the lymphatic system is involved, the pelvic and para-aortic nodes are usually first to become involved, but in no specific pattern, unlike cervical cancer.

Both ultrasound and pelvic MRI are useful modalities for evaluation  . It is mostly seen in women between 55 to 65 years old and are well differentiated tumours with relatively slow progression and more favourable outcome. PTEN gene mutation occurs in 30-80% of cases. stage 3a: tumour invades the serosa or adnexa. stage 3b: tumour invades the vagina or parametrium. stage 3c: pelvic/para-aortic lymph node involvement. 3c1: pelvic lymph node involvement.

Fertility-sparing treatment for stage IA grade 1 endometrioid cancers: For young women who still want to have children, surgery may be postponed while progestin therapy is used to treat the cancer. Progestin treatment can cause the cancer to shrink or even go away for some time, giving the woman a chance to get pregnant. Seeing a fertility expert is also a good idea. It's important to understand that this isn't a standard treatment and may increase risk of cancer growth and spread. Stage IIIA: A cancer stage IIIA has spread to the tissue covering the uterus (the serosa) or to other tissues in the pelvis, like the fallopian tubes or the ovaries (the adnexa). For these cancers, treatment after surgery may include chemo, radiation, or both. Radiation is given to the pelvis or to both the abdomen (belly) and pelvis.

Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) is a cross chromosomal event that results in loss of the entire gene and the surrounding chromosomal region. All diploid cells, for example most human somatic cells, contain two copies of the genome, one from each parent (chromosome pair); each human copy contains approximately 3 billion bases (adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C) or thymine (T)).

The discharge had been present for 3 and 15 days in each case, respectively.

Estrogens and Estrogen-Associated Conditions. The two types are: endometrioid carcinomas and their variants (type 1) and the non-endometrioid (type 2) carcinomas. 11 In contrast, the type 2 tumors show loss of heterozygosity at different loci, altered p53, and abnormalities in genes regulating mitotic checkpoints. 9 However, p53 mutations are found in approximately 10% of endometrioid carcinomas, most frequently in grade 3 and occasionally in grade 2 tumors.
