A Foreign Affair is a double CD compilation album released by Danish rock band Gasolin' in 1997. A Foreign Affair is made up of two albums made for the English speaking market in the seventies. Gasolin' was released in 1974, and Killin' Time in 1978. On cd number 1, there are two bonustracks, "I'm Only Asking" and "Don't Fall Asleep On The Subway", which have never been released before. This is the original mix of Killin' Time mixed for the American marked in 1977, but never released.

Anyone know where that piano intro came from? Especially pitched right down it sounds really jazzy. The rest of the record is ok, shame they threw in a slightly off tempo 4/4 kick drum and didn't keep the initial break and vibes running.

A good piece of vinyl this but with an overinflated price tag at the moment, cant say I agree with Lixx's comment though, Worlds Of Confusion 94 Remix is a tune with such feeling that I can easily play it time and time again, whereas although this twelve is good it does lack that little something as the tune progresses, Worlds Of Confusion takes you on a Journey, like music should.????

Absolute gem of a record! If you don't own this get on the case! Both sides are superb. Planetary Affair has nice pads reminiscent of old Moving Shadow tunes from late 93 early 94. Later on it uses the same break as Jonny L's Hurt You So. Pure pure vibes, with the "My vision is clear!" sample. The flip Introducing To You is a snappy bubblin' piano driven stomper which breaks down into some nice atmospheric tones later. Probably my fave release on Unatural Light, even better than the great Worlds of Confusion!
