This Eskaton release is limited to 1000 copies only. My new album 'Double Vulgar' has run into trouble at the printers and is consequently delayed. Sony in Austria were supposed to be printing the CDs and had approved the artwork for printing in December 2002. Unfortunately as the album went to press Sony decided that the artwork content was too 'dangerous' and have declined to print it. Eight other CD manufacturers have been aproached and have also declined the work.

Redirected from Mount Vernon Astral Temple). Mount Vernon Arts Lab is a musical project of Scottish musician Drew Mulholland, who has also recorded as Black Noise and N. Between 1996 and 2001, a string of EPs, singles, and albums were released. After this he continued to release material as Mount Vernon Astral Temple

Glasgow based composer Drew Mulholland – aka Mount Vernon Arts Lab – will upload his entire discography to Bandcamp for streaming and purchase. Among the first releases to be digitised is a previously unreleased collaboration with Coil, the 23 minute A Spectre Calls. Writing in The Wire 368 Sukhdev Sandhu described the album as his richest, most resonant record to date.

Mount Vernon was the plantation of George Washington, the first President of the United States, and his wife, Martha Washington. The estate is situated on the banks of the Potomac River in Fairfax County, Virginia, near Alexandria, across from Prince George's County, Maryland. The Washington family had owned land in the area since the time of Washington's great-grandfather in 1674

Mount Vernon Arts Lab is a pseudonym of Glasgow, Scotland's Drew Mulholland (aka Black Noise, Mount Vernon Astral Temple and N). The lab joined Ghost Box after years of experimentation in geomancy, psychogeography and ancient British Electronics. Its séances evoke visceral sounds that immerse the listener in a world of deserted tube stations, Quatermass, 18th century secret societies, time haunted vaults beneath Neolithic barrows and pub cellars, and the footsore reveries of the modern flaneur.
