Earl bostic plays bossa nova. King Records - US - KS-827 - 1963.

An intriguing but flawed release. Earl Bostic could play almost anything on alto sax, but Afro-Latin music in general, and bossa nova in particular, weren't among his strong points. He did a decent job under the circumstances, but Coleman Hawkins and Stan Getz made far better bossa nova recordings.
